Казахстанд өнгөрсөн арваннэгдүгээр сард сангийн сайд асан Куандык Бишимбаев эхнэр Салтанат Нукеновагаа хэрцгийгээр зодож хөнөөсөн хэрэг гарсан. Тус хэрэг Казахстан түмнийг цочроогоод зогсохгүй, хэрэг үнэн шийдвэрлэгдэхгүй бол улсаасаа дүрвэнэ гэж залуус дуу хоолойгоо нэгтгэж эхэлжээ. Хамгийн хачирхалтай нь хэрэг үйлдсэн Куандык Бишимбаев хэргээ үгүйсгэж, эхнэрийгээ өөрөө 00-ийн суултуур мөргөж, унасан гэж мэлзэж, инээмсэглэн үг хэлж байгаа нь олны бухимдлыг төрүүлээд байна.
Тэрбээр эхнэрийгээ анх инстаграмаар харсныхаа дараа зурхайн үйлчилгээ авч танилцжээ. Үүнээс хойш Бишимбаев түүнтэй дахиж уулзахаар зургаан сарын турш оролджээ. Харин Салтанат Нукенова эхэндээ түүнтэй уулзмаргүй байгаагаа найзууддаа ярьж байсан юм.
Гэр бүлийн хүчирхийллийн улмаас амь насаа алдсан Нукенова 1992 оны тавдугаар сард Казахстаны зүүн хойд хэсэгт оршдог Павлодар хотод мэндэлсэн бөгөөд астрологичээр ажилладаг байжээ.
Астрологичийн хувьд тэрээр хувийн зөвлөгөө өгөх үйлчилгээ үзүүлдэг байсан юм.
Харин Куандык Бишимбаевтай 2022 оны зун уулзахыг зөвшөөрч, намар нь хуримаа хийсэн байна. Гэвч удалгүй Бишимбаев өөрийг нь араар тавьсан гэж гүтгэн, гарж орохыг хориглон, хэнтэй холбоотой байгааг нь хянаж, байнга гар хүрдэг болсон талаар ярьжээ. Харамсалтай нь Нукенова 2023 оны арваннэгдүгээр сард Бишимбаевын гарт онц хэрцгийгээр амиа алдсан юм. Өдгөө Бишимбаевын шүүх хурал Казакстан улсад болж байна. Түүнд урьдчилсан байдлаар 20 хүртэлх жилээр хорих ял оноох магадлалтай байна.
